If you would tell me from a few years ago that I would be flying around the world documenting love stories, I would have said “you’re dreaming”. Never in a million years did I believe that this would happen and could be my life. The fact that it is, makes me forever grateful for everything that has happened and will continue to happen moving forward. I had the most amazing opportunity to fly out and capture this Destination European Elopement in Dubrovnik, Croatia and document a beautiful love story. This is that story.
Port 22 – Dubrovnik, Croatia
One of the best things about this beautiful city is the amazing scenery and history. Like any European city/town, Dubrovnik has many roots here. Most of those, with a ton of history and beauty. Beauty and history aren’t anywhere else, which made traveling to Dubrovnik all the more fun. This day we went exploring the beautiful city of Dubrovnik while also admiring the gorgeous water views at Port 22. A bistro overlooking the Adriatic Sea and was the perfect setting to have our beautiful couple, Paula and Maro, sit and enjoy the views.

Destination European Elopement in Dubrovnik, Croatia
Another key component in documenting Paula and Maro’s love story was to soak in the beautiful ambiance of this magical city. Dubrovnik is known across the globe for having some of the most beautiful architecture, landscaping, and views. So much so, that you will find a ton of movies were filmed within the streets of this city. Of course, when in Dubrovnik, we take to the streets and wander capturing each cobblestone, archway, and terrace. It truly created such amazing memories that no one will ever forget.
By the end of the night, we went back to Port 22 with Paula and Maro to share a deliciously beautiful cake by Sugar Spice Dubrovnik. I don’t know about you, but ending the night with a sweet treat is the perfect ending to the day. Moral of the story… have the cake.
